Interior scope

We take quantities off the current drawing set and price each line separately, so changes are easy to trace and you can see exactly what each line costs.
Inclusions, exclusions and assumptions are written into the proposal. If the drawings change, we revise the takeoff and show you what moved.
Larger projects are billed monthly against progress, with a schedule of values on request. Payment is due 30 days from invoice.
